Maintaining environment properly before it had went into production begins with training of the support staff. At this stage, we will conduct classes with lab exercise to ensure all of the involved team members are comfortable with the technology. We typically work with clients during this phase to make final customizations to administration policies, change control procedures, naming conventions, support mode, etc. We remain with our clients throughout production roll out of the project.
